Filing of a complaint filed for fraud against the Social Security system amounting to €1,500,000

As a lawyer specializing in crimes against social security , the client came to the office after having been summoned to testify as a suspect following a complaint filed by the State Attorney’s Office against him in his capacity as director of the company that had allegedly defrauded Social Security of €1,500,000.

Finally, after four years of investigation, contrary to the claims of both the State Attorney’s Office and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, we have successfully dismissed the case without having to subject the client to a trial in which the sentences sought by the prosecution could lead to imprisonment for our client.
